Leqvio (inclisiran) is a prescription medicine used to lower LDL-C (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol) levels in adults with certain types of high cholesterol (primary hyperlipidemia). Leqvio is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) that blocks the production of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9), a protein that increases LDL-C levels.
